1. Who we are

Dozoner provides digital Instagram growth services: followers, likes, views and comments delivered to a public username or post link you supply at checkout.

Instagram® is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Dozoner is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to place an order.

You confirm that you own the Instagram account or post you submit, or that you have permission to use it for this service.

You are responsible for complying with Instagram’s own terms and community guidelines. We do not provide legal advice about platform rules.

3. What we need — and what we never ask for

We only need a public Instagram username (for follower packs) or a public post/Reel URL (for likes, views or comments), plus an email address for your receipt and order updates.

We never ask for your Instagram password, two-factor codes or account login. Any website or person requesting that information is not Dozoner.

Your profile must stay public until delivery for the ordered service is complete. Private or restricted accounts cannot receive delivery.

Do not change the username or delete the target post while an order is in progress. Doing so may prevent completion and is not covered by our refill policy.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown at checkout in EUR, USD or GBP as selected. The price you pay is the total shown before you confirm payment on Stripe.

Payment is processed by Stripe on their secure hosted checkout page. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

An order is confirmed when Stripe reports a successful payment. You will receive confirmation by email when possible.

Each pack is delivered to one username or one post link. To target multiple accounts or posts, add separate packs at checkout.

5. Delivery

Delivery typically begins within minutes after payment is confirmed. Smaller orders may complete quickly; larger quantities are usually delivered gradually so growth appears natural.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Network load, platform changes and order size can affect speed.

You do not need to remain on the website after payment. Delivery continues in the background.

If delivery has not started within 24 hours, contact us at dragonite58!@gmail.com with your order email and Instagram username or link so we can investigate.

6. Refill guarantee

Eligible packs include a 30-day refill: if the delivered count drops within 30 calendar days of purchase, we will top up the order once the drop is verified, subject to these Terms.

Refills do not apply if the account was private during delivery, the username or link was changed, the post was removed, or the order was placed on an incorrect target entered by you.

Refill requests should be sent to dragonite58!@gmail.com with your order email. We may limit repeated refill requests on the same order where abuse is suspected.

7. Refunds

Because our products are digital services that begin processing shortly after payment, refunds are generally not available once delivery has started.

If no delivery has occurred and we cannot complete the order due to a fault on our side, we may offer a refund or redelivery at our discretion.

If you entered the wrong username or post link, we cannot guarantee a refund or transfer to a different target after processing has begun.

Please contact dragonite58!@gmail.com before opening a payment dispute with your bank. Unresolved chargebacks may result in cancellation of the order and suspension of future purchases.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Dozoner for illegal activity, harassment, impersonation, spam, or to target accounts or content you do not have rights to use.

You may not attempt to interfere with the website, reverse-engineer our systems, or place fraudulent or duplicate chargeback claims.

We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent or that violate these Terms.

9. Results disclaimer

We deliver the quantity ordered to the username or link you provide. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales, verification badges, reach, ranking or algorithm performance on Instagram.

Social platforms change their systems regularly. Past delivery performance does not guarantee future results.

You use third-party growth services at your own judgment regarding platform rules and account risk.

10. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free delivery.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Dozoner’s total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for actions taken by Instagram or other third parties regarding your account or content.

11. Accounts on Dozoner

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

You may request deletion of your account by contacting dragonite58!@gmail.com, subject to records we must retain for legal, tax or fraud-prevention purposes.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
