Privacy Policy

Last updated: 27 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Dozoner (“we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects personal data when you use our website, place an order or contact support. We aim to collect only what we need to run the service.

1. Data controller

The data controller for personal data described here is Dozoner, reachable at dragonite58!@gmail.com for privacy requests.

2. Information we collect

Order data: email address, public Instagram username and/or post URL, pack purchased, price, currency, payment status and order reference.

Account data (optional): email and hashed password if you register for an account.

Support data: messages you send through our chat or email.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information and cookies needed for security, language/currency preferences and checkout (see below).

We do not collect your Instagram password.

3. How we use your data

To process payments and deliver your order.

To provide refill support, answer enquiries and send order-related emails.

To prevent fraud, abuse and chargebacks.

To improve the website and comply with legal obligations.

If you opt in to marketing emails where offered, we may send occasional offers. You can opt out at any time.

4. Legal bases (EEA/UK users)

Contract: processing needed to fulfil your order and account.

Legitimate interests: fraud prevention, security, service improvement and customer support, balanced against your rights.

Legal obligation: where we must retain records for tax or law enforcement requests.

Consent: where required for optional marketing cookies or promotional emails.

5. Payment processing

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe processes payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment, limited billing details and a transaction reference — not your full card number.

6. Sharing with service providers

We use trusted providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, payment processing and order fulfilment infrastructure. They may only use data to perform services for us and must protect it appropriately.

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order or to protect our rights, users or the public.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies: session login, cart, chat visitor ID, locale and currency preferences.

You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout or account login.

8. Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed to deliver the service, handle refills and warranties, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal requirements — typically several years where law requires.

Support messages are retained to handle follow-up enquiries.

Account data is deleted on request where we are not required to keep it.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and to object to certain processing.

To exercise these rights, email dragonite58!@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity.

EEA/UK users may lodge a complaint with their local data protection authority.

10. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

11. Children

Our service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal data.

12. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure payment via Stripe, hashed passwords for accounts and access controls on administrative systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

13. Changes and contact

We may update this policy. The date at the top will change when we do.
